Copyright Infringement Policy
Ogua (ogua.cc) respects the rights of creators and brand owners. This policy explains how to report content on our service that you believe infringes your copyright or trademark, and how we review those reports.
Before you submit a report
Please identify the specific content on ogua.cc and consider whether you own the right at issue or are authorized to act for its owner. A disagreement about a listing, product, or business relationship does not by itself establish intellectual property infringement. If you are unsure about your rights, consider speaking with a qualified adviser.
Reporting copyright infringement
Send your notice to support@ogua.cc with the subject line "Copyright infringement report." To help us evaluate and locate the content, include:
- Your full name, email address, and a way to reach you;
- A description of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if several works are involved;
- The URL of each allegedly infringing item on ogua.cc and enough detail for us to find it;
- An explanation of why the identified use infringes your rights;
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement that the information in your report is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act for them; and
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Reporting trademark infringement
Email support@ogua.cc with the subject line "Trademark infringement report." Include:
- Your full name, email address, and your authority to act for the trademark owner;
- The trademark, its owner, registration number and territory, if registered, and the goods or services it covers;
- A URL and description of the specific content on ogua.cc you object to;
- An explanation of how that content uses the mark in a way that infringes your rights;
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the trademark owner, its agent, or the law; and
- A statement that your report is accurate, together with your physical or electronic signature.
What happens after a report
We may ask for more information, review the reported material, contact the person who posted it, or remove or restrict access to it when appropriate. We may suspend or close accounts that repeatedly infringe others’ rights. Our response depends on the information available and the circumstances of each report.
If your content was removed
If you believe we removed your content by mistake, reply to the notice we sent you or write to support@ogua.cc. Identify the affected content and explain why you believe you have the right to use it. We may share relevant information from your response with the reporting party so the matter can be assessed.
Accuracy and rights reserved
Please do not submit knowingly false or misleading reports. A false claim may have legal consequences. We may take action under our Terms of Service and applicable law, and this policy does not limit any rights or remedies available to us or to other parties.
